About This Website
We are praying that this website will help Christians, especially pastors and ministry leaders, talk about same-sex attraction (SSA) with more humility, biblical clarity, and compassion. We also are asking God to use this website to encourage lonely SSA strugglers to take a step toward the community of God’s people. May the church of Jesus be a place of love and light, compassion and truth.

Peter Hubbard is a follower of Jesus. He is Teaching Pastor at North Hills Church in Taylors, SC, where he has communicated the truth of the Scriptures since the church began in 1992. Peter appreciates the never- ending opportunities to engage with hurting people and to apply the hope of the gospel to the messy places of our lives. He has earned two masters degrees and has earned a Doctor of Ministry degree in Pastoral Counseling at Westminster Theological Seminary in Philadelphia. Peter and his wife Karen have been married for 27 years and have four children. He is the author of Love into Light: The Gospel, the Homosexual and the Church.

Lynn is a lover of Jesus. She serves as the Director of Crisis Counseling at North Hills Church where she also co-leads the Redemption Groups ministry. Lynn has a Masters in Education from USC and has spent over 20 years counseling women, teens, and families into a deeper understanding of the love of God, having experienced personal redemption and renewal through Christ. She is a member of the Association of Biblical Counselors, as well as a member of The American Professional Society on the Abuse of Children.
